** Membership of the Society is not open to persons who are or have been full, or part time, employees of, or paid consultants to, the tobacco industry, at any time during the previous 10 years. The membership is not transferable and will not be refunded (even in event of name change or cancellation of Congress registration).

The deadline for online registration is 23 September 2011 at 20:00 CET.
Registrations and payments made on or after 24 September 2011 based on the onsite fees.
Please visit us in Amsterdam. Registrations are now only possible on-site.
Pre- registration
K.I.T. Group must receive the registration form and payment—by bank transfer, credit card or cheque—by 14 August 2011 at 24:00 CET. After this date, payment is by credit card only.
Group registrations
Group registrations will be accepted for a minimum of 10 participants. Please contact K.I.T. Group at ers2011groups@kit-group.org for further information. Please note it is mandatory to provide the individual email address of each participant with their registration.

Badges and vouchers
Pre-registered delegates receive their badges and vouchers in advance by post. They are requested to bring their badge and vouchers with them to the Congress Centre.
Delegates registered on or after 15 August 2011 must collect their badges and other material in the Congress registration area.
Congress bag and GVB Transport Pass
The Congress bag and the GVB Transport Pass will be available at the desk in the Europe Foyer 1 (G area).
